About Jig


Our origin story

Jig was founded in January 2025 after nearly fifteen years leading communications and creative work across global companies, public institutions, start-ups, and non-profits.

After more than a decade inside creative teams at some of Canada’s biggest brands, including Disney, WestJet, CAA, and Mosaic, the same problems kept showing up. Great ideas got lost in the back and forth, creative teams burned out, and meaningful work stalled in bureaucratic pipelines.

Jig was created to carve a clearer path for clients, creatives, and agency partners alike.

Today, that clarity extends into how we use technology. Jig integrates practical AI tools across writing, design, and production workflows to boost productivity and unlock more time for the human side of creative work: thinking, collaborating, and creating.

We also place a strong emphasis on helping clients understand the “how” behind AI. Too often, technical consultants overlook the communication side of innovation. Jig bridges that gap by translating complex systems and processes into language that is approachable, actionable, and aligned with real business needs.
